Auto transmission temperature gauge
Any thoughts on this? I see it on the diesel forums for trucks that are towing a lot. Seems like it's important to monitor when the transmission is under load. Was going to add some gauges to my L300 and wondered if anyone had a thought about this one.

Re: Auto transmission temperature gauge
The delica automatic trans have a good reputation and idiot lights that show if the trans is hot when 4X4ing. Slow 4X4 travel won't vent heat out of the trans cooler but a fan will. delis don't come with a fan cooled trans cooler.
It never hurts to be on top of temperature. A ways down the road I want a fan on my L400 trans cooler and a guage too.
