Is the delica club forum active? Every time I try to register I can not do so. Maybe I am doing it wrong.

http://delicaclub.com/ is working for me. I vaguely recall it took a few tries to get my registration approved- they weren't very responsive.
Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.
