Well I got the pieces back from powder coating today. The sand blasting took it's toll on each of the pieces but enough is left to last for a few more years. I did check the usual foreign suppliers and a number of them have the 3 pieces. The parts work out to about $200 and the freight is $150 to $200 depending on whether you can get everything from 1 supplier. I guess I'll be into a custom bumper in a few years.
