Post by Wolfgang »

hopefully these minor problems have simple solutions...

1. when in drive my van rattles and shakes like crazy when idling, or stopped, but not whilst driving or if i shift to neutral problem goes away... hopefully someone has some advice.

2. my interior lights all are not working, I have checked the bulbs, and still no go... any suggestions?

thanks

1. It's a Diesel so it's expected but if it does it like crazy then most probably your engine or transmission mounts are gone. It's been posted before as to how to change it, a simple search should find it for you.

2. Have you tried switching a working light with a bad one to make sure it's not the bulb? Cleaning contacts? Sorry can't help out more.

Good luck,

Hi, chris, you have a bad foul injector, need to clean it or replace not eought fuel going thru the engien thayswhy when idle or stop the engine shakes & rattle wild. need delica tune for you to maintaine the proper flow of fuel to your engine.
Most of the delica in japan dont do service in japan as its expensive to do service than to buy new car.
Just need fine tuning & your be o.k.
hope this help:
