hey all,
yesterday i drove form nelson to castlegar and- oops! when i got there smoke was billowing out of the right front wheel area. had it checked out and the caliper was sticking. limped back to nelson, where i am staying.
anyone have any experience with downtown automotive here in nelson? he sounds reasonable and has fit me in right away..... just wondering if he was the right choice.
btw anyone know the dark grey deli here with the surly sticker on the back? cool van!!!

I've heard positive reports about them and understand they are no strangers to JDM vehicles.

I supply them parts and they seem like a good bunch of guys. Never heard anything bad at all. They should have you back on the road fast.

Did it look like this one, which was Mitch's very cool van. After hearing the sweet sound of his turbo spooling through his custom 2.5 exhaust had me lusting after that very same sound effect with my van. Sadly Mitch left the Delica family last year.btw anyone know the dark grey deli here with the surly sticker on the back? cool van!!!

Hi Adam, I would bet his still visits here once and awhile. He wasn't driving his van, so he sold it.
Cheers

Mitch joined the dark side - he now drives a Sprinter cargo van. Ran into him in Billy's Puddle a month or so ago.
