I just got back from taking Gumdrop through AirCare, her first encounter with this, and my first time in a diesel.
She passed with flying colours. All they measure for diesels is opacity (i.e. smoke). She was allowed 30% opacity, they measured 9.6%, and the average passing reading was 13%. They can hardly complain about that...

So much for the "dirty diesel" image so many people have...
I can't count how many "Uncle Buck" land yachts are smoking around here in Victoria. Makes me cringe every time I get near one.
