The Store is open till 9pm. so we can get a bite to eat, your wives can go buy some new stuff and you can talk about rides.

Hello Deli-ites,

Let's all meet at this event, next Tuesday 23rd September from 7:30 to 9pm at IKEA coquitlam.

Other groups there will include Landcruisers,etc, but I bet we could get more delica's there than any other group type.

IVOAC is a good organization, who watchdog our rights to drive our preferred vehicles -- ie right hand drive vehicles, without being forced to convert them to left hand drive, aged less than antique status, wouthout having to retrofit a bunch of crap, and being able to insure them for on-road use. So, a cool group. Import Vehicle Owners Association of Canada.

Anyone else wanna convoy there? The TardisDeli will be leaving Burnaby near Gaglardi Exit at 7pm. Or Could do a group meet at Braid Street Sky Train Station?

The meet was a lot of fun actually, at least 10 Delica showed up, one Nissan caravan with a cool chandelier and 5 or 6 Skyline.

So once again, Delica is the #1 RHD!

Well, that was an interesting meet. Typically, like the one in Victoria that I went to, the Delioids tended to hang together but this time there was a little more cross communication between the Skylines and the Delicas. However when I arrived on the scene, I saw Skylines talking together about Skylines and Delicas talking about Delicas ~ kind of like trying to infiltrate an hen party. I did get to talk to some Skyline drivers and compared issues and driving matters. One Skyline, which was "far from stock" had a removable steering wheel because of the full carriage roll cage that the driver had to climb into.

It was a pretty cool meet, actually ~ I look forward to the next one.
