My air blowing thingy in the van sucks (sorry to all those on here that are not mechanically inclined, I can't help but be so technical in my terminology).
I guess what I mean by this is that somewhere in the internal guts of the system something is jamming, and so I can not move the selector to defrost, and my windows fog up here and there. I am wondering if anyone else has this problem, and if anyone has queried enough to bother ripping it all apart? It was a serious pain in the bum when I had this prob years back in my vw, but I guess I can always revisit it on this van.
Anyhow, I wont tackle it till fall... but just thought if anyone had any idea it would be a welcome help.

hey josh, having lived in wells'barkerville for two years i know you will need your defrost in the summer as well. really amazing humid rain storms in the summer. i have had the dash off and it all looks really simple stuff. i assume some wd40 would do the trick. after seeing how my kick down cable on the transmission broke i assume it could be something as simple as that. that guy delirig from japan orders parts if you need something like a ventilation lever arm thingy or something like that.
