This is my latest to arrive lifted with Jaos kit , adjustable shocks 31" tires and needing a damn good clean !!! I parked it next to a regular Delica so the lift can be seen .
I have explained the poor grading system to plenty of peolple many times here is a perfect example . I just recieved two vans , this one was a 3.5 D and the other a 3.5 B . This white van is by far the best van with really nice interior and exterior . The reason given on the auction sheet for the low interior grading was pet hair ?? Its really clean compared to the B grade van that came with it . Should buyers always rely on auction gradings ?? I think not !!!!
The front step bars are missing which makes it look higher . My kids love it , my wife just complains about it but i personally like my treehouse !! I`m gonna try some 33`s on it just to see what it looks like , add some Jaos mudflaps and get the stereo working . Maybe I will get to keep this one .
there are a couple things that really emphasize the height there, the first one being the missing side steps (probably essential with the larger tires) the second is that it's a high roof, and the delica it's beside for comparison is a low roof, just emphasizes the height even more...
looks good, but you may need to carry a step ladder for the women-folk... (I know my gf and my roomate both already complain about how high up my Delica is, and it's fully stock, and probably even sagging a bit in the front...)
or stilts? pogo stick.... or for the true old school - maybe a pogo ball? Of course I would go for the go-go-gadget legs myself.
Sharp looking ride, I must say I am jealous of the lift. What kind of mods had to be done to accommodate it, do you know? Did any lines have to be lengthened? Or any mountings changed? Could I eventually upgrade my shocks/torsion bars and end up a bit higher? I already have shackles.
