Finished the bush bar awhile back, just finally getting around to posting some pics here.
Wanted a wrap around bumper and finally found one on the forums here.
I initially thought it was chrome painted black. The paint was hardly sticking and scraped off with a fingernail.
After researching chrome removal I decided to get it sandblasted, hoping to scuff the chrome up enough to primer.
Stripped the bumper down to pieces and took it to a local sandblaster.
The guys at the sandblasting shop figured it was made of stainless steel. a magnet confirmed their suspicions.
This made the sandblasting and painting a whole lot easier. Picked the pieces up the next day.
Primed and painted with Plasticote spray paint from lordco. 2 coats black primer, 3 coats chasis and rollbar black.
The PIAA lights are off my old bumper. The housings were corroded so I wirewheeled and repainted them too.
Heres some pics, cheers, colby

Nice job!
One question though, how do you change the light bulbs of the headlights?

There are 4 stainless steel allen head bolts on either side to remove it.
takes less than a minute. as long as you have the right allen key.

Hey Chris,
The bumper came from a parts listing for a lifted delica. It hadn't been mounted on the the van, so it wasnt damaged in the accident.
Last time I talked to Gerry he still had alot of this stuff for sale, including the lift.
