New /Used Valve cover
I am need of a new/used valve cover for my 92 Exceed. I have replaced the gasket already and it is still leaking. It looks as if the cover is warped a little, as such it is not sealing properly. I have yet to find a part number# and the cost of getting one shipped from japan is rather costly.

There are many places to get it.
Dealers, importers and part suppliers are all listed in this forum.
The common place where it leaks is the half-moon seal at the rear. When removed, clean thoroughly, apply sealant, insert, then install main valve cover gasket and tighten down.
