I fugure two rolls of duct tape (Large roll type), two hours, and a six pack, should save you hours of fibre glassing. As you've said many times, Function over form!

We have been back at the roof. Jay and I (Jay you are so awesome!) have gotten 2 layers of cloth over the seams and added new wood to replace the rotted out wood that was in there (and added a centre board to mount the lights to later.

Hey,
Very nice work so far guys!
Any more thoughts on getting a mold done?
If it wasn't insanely priced I think there would be
a few takers.
Right"F'n"On!

I have not the space or time to pull a mould of the top. I just want to stand up inside!
Update Photos:
Jay in White "Nuclear Fallout Suit" (he arrives in the suit and is keeping it on until Japan cools the reactors). Jay is one awesome guy! White suit or not.

Test Fitting:

Flash lighting up the dust (prep for the final exterior Duct Taping)

We had actually finished grinding.
The dust had settled (or so we thought) the flash really lights it up.
