Location of Serial Number on a 1996 L400

Hi - Newbie here.

I am trying to locate the serial number and paint codes on my 1996 L400 Delica. Anybody have any suggestions.

Open the hood
On your left (drivers side) behind the fuse box on the firewall, you'll see the shiny plate with the vin and other data. Look straight below the rubber seal on the engine bay above the turbo and you'll see the vin stamped into the frame.
