L400 overdrive temperature sender...where is it?

Post by jcolvin »

I'm having sporadic OD issues (OD drops out at highway speed) and I'm trying to narrow it down to the coolant temperature switch or the TPS. Question is, where the heck is the coolant temperature sender switch that goes to the tranny ECU on a 1996 L400?
The temp sender referenced as #2 here: http://www.delica.ca/forum/download/file.php?id=9633 does not exist on my deli.

I believe some Deli's do not have the coolant sensor if you drive off from cold and get all gears straight away you ain't got it if you have the initial start of your journey is normally high revs and swearing till the box warms up.
