This is an interesting read from a shop in South Africa. The work was performed on a Strada relative called the Colt. Same drivetrain as the Deli and Paj.

Too bad there isn't much info on what they do other than
"To achieve the above, the SAC engineers gas-flow the engine's inlet ports, re-profile the camshaft to suit the improved air-flow and replace the standard exhaust with a low-pressure free-flow system. Finally, the engine's injector pump settings are optimized via a careful, pain-staking dynamometer tuning procedure. "
I wonder if there are any local diesel tuners that can achieve similar results. I like the CVI deli-tune, but it could go a step further and tune up the injection pump to optimum settings while under load.
