what does your exhaust system sound like?

Mitsubishi Delica L400 production commenced in 1994 -- After much anticipation, the L400 arrived on Canadian Soil in 2009!

Has anyone taken any audio of their L400 exhaust systems after modification? Straight pipe, cherry bomb muffler, etc.

It would be interesting to hear the difference between stock and mod.

I do have ulterior motives as I think I will do the change from stock in the future....

http://youtu.be/RQMjw6J_WYQ Around the 3:30 minute mark you can really hear what my van sounds like. Sounds pretty nice when I giver!

SS 2.5" pipe with high flow muffler (no idea what the brand of muffler is though)
HKS high performance air filter

Pictures, as well as the part numbers, would be sweet too! Mark - that is a sweet looking and sounding rig. How much did all the exhaust trimmings cost you?

I'm not sure of the part number, but I did a couple of quick measurements and I think it is this one http://www.2kracing.com/Product/7523.html. Seems like it is 80mm at the pipe and 200mm across.

Here are a couple photos of the filter and the plumbing. I didn't do any of this work. Everything came with the van. Hard pipes on intercooler, HKS filter, 2.5" SS exhaust, lift....etc. I have pretty much done nothing to this van. I hate to get a bill for all that work done here! One note on the air filter - it is quite noisy so if you like the quiet of the stock filter I'd not recommend this one. You basically hear the open end of the turbo...cool but load.

Note the ARB compressor hiding behind there...lots of room under there with this air filter and EGR gone. :-)
