From what I've read on GaryO's project and other comments, it does not look like adding an intercooler is an easy task.

Has anyone swapped a Pajero engine with intercooler into a Deli before? Possibly relocating the intercooler in the process?

bumping this thread in hopes of getting more info on this newer 4d56. My 4d is shot and honestly I want more power and better economy. Wiring an ecu is easy for the most part, and I am no beginner to efi into non efi car swaps and shredding harnesses apart. So I am not worried there. I would like to know the availability of these motors and fitment/dimensions.
