Are most of the parts the same as the mpv awd? They look quite similar but then again, looks aren't everything.

Most parts besides engine are yes.

You sure it wasn't a MPV or something ? If it was indeed a Friendee, was it the auto free top version ? BC plates ?

I am sure what I saw was exactly same as yours except it has some orange graphics on the front of the pop top. It also has lower front light bar with two fog lights.

I like the canvas design = breathable.

What I would do for one and pop it on the Safari roof skin. :-D

That would be cool if there was another one in Canada! If you see him again by chance and get the opportunity, point him towards this forum. I would love to hear other impressions of these vans in Canada.

Got her at 142,XXX Km's and it's just about to turn over 150,000. Not even a hiccup with the van so far ( knock on wood ).

Pretty good impressions of this model to say the least
