does it have to be a 4pm in the middle of the day at in an underground parking lot ?

Evening meet would probably generate more peep's and it's gorgeous outside !

It doesn't have to. I was planning to go for dinner part way through and then meet back with the evening people. I was really excited about finding an underground lot I could fit into so that's the reason for the location. If it's too nice we can always park up top...


I think it's a bit late to make any drastic changes.

That it is! I will head to the underground lot to begin with and you show up later and we've moved, we will be in the same area but at the outdoor lot.
