This is a discussion on injector setup, not injector sales.
When you (original poster) receive a set of brand new injectors, it is a wise thing to do to check the spray pattern and psi before installing them.
If the spray pattern is off and/or the pressure is off regardless of the condition (used/new) of the injectors themselves, then excessive black smoke, loss of power and poor fuel economy can result.
If you go to ADP (one of the best injector service shops in western Canada), they will tell you the same thing. These are people that do this for a living, not a dealer or generic diesel mechanic.
