IN RESPONSE TO QUOTED:
I've started to tell people that everyone in BC drives RHD vehicles back home, I just brought mine with me. They usually look at me with astonishment and say "Oh really??" or they just laugh and call me an ass. Heehehehe :-D

In BC anywhere the public can freely drive including a parking lot is defined as a HIGHWAY for the motor vehicle act and therefore can be enforced.....
Next time I'm in the toolies with DeliCat and he parks beside me I'm gonna do him for double parking. Probably not, actually ~ but the idea sounds funny enough and I'll bet there's someone out there who would try it.

Took a load of scrap appliances to a local metal recycler in Calgary and the yard attendant looked right at me through the passenger window and asked "Where's the driver?" I pointed to the back thinking he was joking around.....nope...dude went to back of the Deli and came back. Asked me again, "Where's the driver?"....I was alone, fairly certain I'm the driver. I tapped the steering wheel and said that would be me. Well the fellow did a double take and stopped short of saying what he really thought.

I drove away asking myself if that really happened......'pinch'.....yep it did.
