You can get a grade 4b L300 in Japan at auction for under $2000 right now. They go for as low as $800. For comparison, my 4B L400 cost $908 at auction and by the time I landed it here and had it insured it cost me $4700, all inclusive. I spent a little over $1000 on it at CVI and I am very happy. If you pay $4000 for an L300 in Japan it's way too much.
