You're right, the timing belt did have noticeable flex in it. I'm going to go ahead and replace the belts and tensioners as suggested. Will get those ordered. In the meantime, I'll try resetting the timing then testing the injectors. Hopefully that fleshes out the issue. Thanks again everyone.
