So... happy with your decision to buy a Delica then? ;-)

MB421471 is the part number for the front door window run channel (the flocked rubber bit that the glass slides in). US$27 each from Amayama.com.

Also consider replacing the lower trim strips- the outer ones (MB421515 and MB421516) get hard with age and let water into the door, the inner ones (MB421535, MB421536) get torn and let cold air blow up the inside of the window.

Oh man, thank you so much for the info! The run channel ones are shot and the lower ones are mostly gone. I'm going to order them right now.

LOL that one was easy, since I ordered all the same parts a couple of years ago and just had to find the confirmation email. (Hopefully) you'll be surprised at how smoothly the windows work with the new trim in place. Fitting them isn't particularly difficult, but if you get stuck just ask and I'll tell you what I remember. (probably best to ask in the L300 technical forum though, so it's searchable for anyone in future).
