We're back home in the Haliburton Highlands of Central Ontario with The Highlander (1992 Exceed).
Over 8000km in the last four weeks, 2000 shaking her down on the Island, 6000 on the drive back to Central Ontario.
Glen and the guys at CCAuto were excellent, the pre-purchase prep job was simply outstanding. I'd do business again with Five Star/CCAuto again in a heartbeat.
Zero problems on the road trip.
Pics to follow along with fuel economy results.

You must still have a bit of the Navy left in you - 6000km to Central Ontario, sounds like you were 'polishing' the country-side. You'll have to give a description of your route.ghmorris wrote:Over 8000km in the last four weeks, 2000 shaking her down on the Island, 6000 on the drive back to Central Ontario.

It was a fun trip. We were a little apprehensive about a 15 year old vehicle that was brand new to us, but worked out just fine. Did another 400 today to pick up the Benz in Toronto!!mararmeisto wrote: You must still have a bit of the Navy left in you - 6000km to Central Ontario, sounds like you were 'polishing' the country-side. I have pasted the route,
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&g ... 269531&z=4
not sure if this will work properly or not... Just over 1000km additional for side trips in Alberta and Sask. Total was about 6150 or so.
We really enjoyed visiting with you, the Moon Machine is georgeous.
