Fair enough, but these incidents could happen with any vehicle and I doubt even a Delica specific shop would accept responsibility for that since they would have no way of knowing you didn't tamper with these things yourself. I also think the chances of that happening are extremely low. On top of that the shop could probably say they weren't trained to work on almost every vehicle except for maybe the 1 they were in fact trained with.
If you're worried just bring the filter and oil, know how much is supposed to go in and watch them put the drain plug and filler cap back on.
