sounds like you're missing your window clips... cheap part, easilly available and a 5 minute or less install with no tools required...
could be, probably where removed when the deflector things where installed.

They frequently are, but the funny thing is the deflectors actually have a notch in them to accomodate the clips so you don't need to remove them!

Mitsubishi part number MB421735, available from any dealer. Under $12 for 2 (one for each window). Will still work even with the monsoon guards on if put in the right place.

Chances are, if you look closely at your monsoon guards, you will notice a cutout that is intended for the clip. If there isn't then you have a one-or-the-other choice. But with the monsoon guards in place you shouldn't need the clips.
To install, you have to pull out the weatherstripping/channel that the window rides in. It is easiest to start at the back top of the door, pull it down gently (it is only pressure fit into the metal channel), then work your way to the front, then down the slope. The clip just snaps into the metal channel. If you have the monsoon guards on, it is the same, except if I remember right you might have to remove the guard to install the clip.
Should be fairly evident once you start. Good luck

Loki,
It could also be that your window is simply not properly aligned. When your window is 1/2 way up, grab it from the top and pull up. Is the back of the window moving up while the front doesn't move as much?
I have the exact symptom on my low roof (just noticed yesterday, don't drive that one as much...) and although it doesn't rattle at speed even if 1/2 way up the top part of the window will sit outside the door frame when above 60kmh and leave a 1/2" gap open.
I'll need to open the door to align the glass, I don't think the clip would help with your or my situation but thanks Erebus for the part#, I've seen tons of Delica without them so that will make people quite happy!

I'd tried searching for my post when I installed mine, but the search function failed me. But I found EricN's post,

Has photos too!
Oh, I forgot to mention ... when putting the weatherstripping or seal back into the channel, make sure it is straight, then slowly put the window up, checking that it is going up the channel; that it hasn't buckled the stripping. Otherwise, the window won't seal very well.

lol, gotta love that "descriptive" title!
Anyway it's worth the try, $12 is not bad for a quick fix!
