Just beware with bolt on hitches, I have seen several "kits" and diy installed on deli's that are very flimsy metal, and worse, with non strength rated bolts. Some hitches were actually drooping down al didnt fit the vehicle undercarriage properly. So, it all rests on 2 cheap bolts. scary, and then you go round a bend on a freeway ramp at speed. ouch.

PS Note for internet searching, Pintle is the more usual spelling not pinto (the exploding car of the 1970's).

The bolt-on hitch plate on the back of the Pajero is specifically intended for a bolt-on hitch or lunette (which it came with). Agreed with the point about the grade of bolts: use something like a 6 or higher. Canadian Tire generally has 8s in the bulk bins - try those.
