Sorry I am not helpful here, because my DRL is just $25 box with harness from C.Tire. It was very easy to wire it up.

Just turn your headlights on when you start to drive. Simple solution so no DRL's required.

How many people here have exceeded the speed limit - I suspect everyone has, that is breaking the law. How many people have driven with a burnt out light bulb (not always knowing) that is breaking the law.

I don't believe that anyone is out to get just RHD vehicles, they would have changed the rules by now if they wanted to. I believe they just want older vehicles off the road - just look at the Scrap It program encouraging BC citizens to turn in there pre 1993 cars. I been driving RHD's all over western Canada for two years and have never been harassed by police, inspections, or anyone else. A few people posting about being hassled out of the thousands on the road does make RHD's targets.
