Is there a standard shim shape and size that is necesary? I'm finally thinking of getting this done but I would like all the pieces before I start it and the shim is about that last thing.

There is somewhat of a required shape and shim level required. The shape; as long as it fits on the balljoint and doesn't interfere with the rest. (Pretty simple)
The shim is more important and harder to get done properly. It's just not shims you had but it's machined into the balljoint spacer to retain as much of the original suspension specs so that it doesn't prematurely wear your balljoints.
The shackles are much easier and cheaper to produce although they are bigger, heavier...

Hi Shaun,
I have 4 or 5 kits left, only problem is that I'm away on a trip and not back until late October. If you don't mind to wait I can keep one for you... Just PM me directly.
Cheers,
David

I have a lift kit that has the angled spacers for the ball joint. I was concerned about the angle and size/shape of the spacer for the transfer case. Thanks for your response and sorry to hear about your companion David, Take care.

Thanks dfnder, appreciate for the old one...
As for the transfer case angle you can add 1\2'' shims on the tranny mounts but the better option is to loosen the U bolts on your rear axle and either shim them or re-weld them with new brackets so that your rear axle is properly aligned with your shaft (about 9 degrees rotation). I've done it on mine and it made a nice difference but only did it a year after installing the lift, one thing at the time!
Hope this help!

Seb,
I'll bring them.
And one person who bought a kit decided to sell their van so I'll have one more extra kit available.
Cheers,
David
