I haven't done an exhaustive comparison but looking at the L400 files here and files I have hunted down elsewhere, I am happy to have received this cheap and seemingly complete collection of files all in one place and all formatted and titled in the same manner. And I don't mind having the L300 stuff "just in case".
I have loaded a PDF of the file list for L400 in my Photos. Not sure if it can be seen by others...
