Nice Toyota front axle...please, please, please.
We have stayed with what Mother Nature gave us (For now). But A SAS will be performed if things don't work out. And yup, it would be Toyota.

As I'm on the hunt for a new head unit and looking at all kinds of options, what did you settle on? Looks like a Pioneer? What is the unit above it...CB?
Good eye, its a Pioneer AVIX-X710BT, and a good ole CB.

Not much happening on your website. Would be great to see your progression and the challenges you are facing...
With which colour did you go with? Already a final decision about the tires? Which problems did you have for the front lift?

Sorry for the delays, It is all coming. I was working on the console portion last. I will go with solid white for colour, tires are 32.8" by 11.5" on 16" alm. rims running a 2 inch offset . The front lift, what were the challenges. Where to begin......... I can tell you this, the Deli was not meant to be lifted that far, but we have overcome.

offset? really? positive or negative?
if positive how did you manage to avoid tire rubbing on the upper control arm when in full articulation?
if negative where did you got your rims from and what are you doing against hitting the outside fender in full articulation?

what is the max door height on the container? Will you make it in with tires?
Watch the Offset does not overload the bearings if moving the tires out (Jeep Dana 30 axles are famous for 40,000km bearings if tires moved outward)
Lift would be so easy with SAS!
Cheers

7'8" for standard 20foot container
8'5" for high cube 40foot container
You always can mount some cheap steel rims and drive on them into the container

Tire deflation and light bar removal are very high probabilities.

Negitive offset -46mm I believe (but don't quote me at this time), not sure of the source at Toyo Tires sourced them for me. We has a set of 35 X 12's on it and it looked pretty sick. Some cutting out of the wheel well may be needed.

If I was modifying a Delica that much for world travel I would swap both axles for Landcruiser axles to simplify finding parts (brakes ect..) in some war torn country in the middle of Africa.

Tons of Delis everywhere but here.
