Checked a lot off the old "To Do" list.
-Replaced the valve cover gasket again with a modified top washer
-Cleaned the bus bar
-Washed the engine and outside of the van
-Performed a seafoam crankcase treatment and changed the oil
-installed a new block heater cable
-Changed the fuel filter and seafoamed that as well
-Drank 2 beers and complained about my sore back
-Saw the new Star Trek movie
Very eventful past 2 days. Here are a couple of pictures:

Thanks- I used some good old crappy tire citrus engine cleaner and I took the bus bar off and used some vinegar and salt mixed. Worked well. I also used brake cleaner to get the crap out of the top of the valve cover. I have to admit, I felt a little high after all that cleaning!

During the May long, I used a wire brush attachment on my drill, took off any rust, undercoated my Pajero mini (axils and skid plates black, frame green), painted the wells for rust protection, painted the break drums with high heat paint, had enough heat paint left over to paint the exhaust system. Basically same project as Nordo did but did the undercarrage as well.

Removed the third row seats, its huge in there now!!!
Installed the metal sleeve into the front shocks that I forgot to do a couple weeks ago.....
New fuel filter w/ seafoam treatment
New air filter
Oil change w/seafoam
Replaced the tee fitting on the air bags
Adjusted the belts, will have to be replaced I think though
Cleaned battery terminals
Washed it
Hmmm.... That's it I suppose. Still lots on the list though..
Update: After seafoaming and changing all my filters my average milage went from 13.5L/100km down to 11L/100km. That's with 2.5" exhaust and 31" tires. Quite an improvement!!!!

First Oil and Transmission fluid change

I just picked up my L400 V6 Gasser up from Calgary this past weekend

I put 55 litres of fuel in when the low fuel light came on. I Have driven 410km so far and she is not on empty yet. Not bad I'd say. Anyway I brought the vehicle to Lube city after picking up an oil and air filter from a Mitsubishi dealer. What was cool was all the guys at Lube City are from the Philippines and were all stoked to see my Van. They started showing me pics on their smart phones of their rides back home. One had an L200 pickup, another had a Mitsubishi Adventure. It was fun to get so much attention.

I was pleasantly surprised. The Oil filter was just under 7$. And the Air filter was under 40$
