Every once in a blue moon someone might sell theirs that came on their van from Japan.
Other than that, have one fabricated.

Noel at Enviroimports.com (he's on this site as well) located in Victoria.
He's not cheap but I've seen his work and it's amazing.

Contact "After Oil", not sure but I think he took the bambi bars off the Space Antelope ~ perhaps he wants to sell them ~ it doesn't hurt to ask.

Try to find a set of bars from an ol' Toyota or Nissan, and then take it to a welding shop to change the mounts. That would be what I'd try to do, otherwise just have a fab shop whip one up from scratch. As these vehicles weren't sold in this market, nor was something similar to them, it'll be difficult/impossible to find something from a commercial seller.
Empire Welding here in Langford does lots of work, but he curled his lip when I drove up in Monty so I wouldn't recommend them.
The other shop is Custom Hitch & RV Service - they've done some roof rack work and bumper bar work for me and I really like them. 250.474.6669

Phree, I'm not sure what you want: Do you have the stock bambi bars and want to upgrade them to something else?

correct im planing on doin some offroading/camping so i wanted to switch up my bars for somthing a bit lighter and a little more my style

so i figured ask the members see what they have got lying around or someone who knows a place to find some bars.
but im guessing now i might have to shop online to find some and get them mounted to fit my ship right..
it twas worth a shot
Cheers Phree

i know sounds outa wack light ship no weight to dig in with but since i am camperizing it and adding some things here and the ill be more bulky then anything so i wanna save weight in a few places and distribute weight in others i have some plans written down somewhere..

The weight of those bars is inconsequential - don't worry about them unless you want something better able to protect you bus from damage or to change it's appearance. Just my 2 cents. Good luck with the project
