Not sure where I saw something about these people on-line, but I found them very helpful when I received by Bill Of Lading without a "SURRENDERED" stamp on it. Talk nice to them, they like it....
I had to courier the original B/L to them for approval and they emailed a release to WWL. Phew!
The other link only had a partial address. This is the correct one.
