Towards the end of the show the author is traveling in what looks like a L300, the Mitsubishi symbol is not really visible but the 4WD symbol shows up very distinctly. There are more interior shots as the author is in the van narrating while the van is stuck in mud.

Ah my mistake no wonder the interior looked very different. Thanks for the clarification.
