HKT & EIKO glow plugs

I order HKT PM-161 glow plugs, but I get eiko GF-115 plugs.

I tested those and it takes 6-7 sec. to warm up and it`s not so good.
Original mitsu plugs take a 3-4 sec to warm up.
Are there any experience whit those HKT-161 plugs? How long those get to warm up?
