okay , so my l400 , passenger window stopped working. I took things apart, tested the window motor , it works. I tested for power at the connector to the switch , I have voltage. The only thing I can think of is the switch. Oh what a switch it is , there is a 3 inch circuit board enclosed under the switch.

Does anybody know of a test I can perform to confirm this, short of buying a new one to test it?

At risk of being Captain Obvious, did you make sure the switch on the driver's door wasn't on (or off). There's a switch on the driver's door that locks out the window control on the passenger door.

My wife was stumped by this one so I figure it could happen to someone else.
