HID lites installed

Post by Drumster »

This is a pair of 4" lites I bought in Linden Wa. after jafarsang brought them to our attention. These were the last ones they had in stock at O'Reilly auto parts. They're pretty nice. The only thing I might change is their location; I think I'll flip them upside down so they're suspended from the upper bar, which is perfectly horizontal. The lower bar angles down slightly, changing the beam pattern. Much thanks to our tonydca who did a very tidy job on the wiring (with me as assistant) and provided a stock Mitsubishi dash board switch as part of the deal.

NSOR / Sport Trucks carries the same one's.

There are a dozen different retailers that carry this same HID chinese copy light with different labels stamped on them.

For the price, you can't go wrong with a 4-7" HID spotlight with integral ballast.

The 7" Warn HID's are about $4-600 more than these generic ones depending on where you buy.

Wow, those lights are very reasonably priced by NSOR. I'm thinking that I will get a few pairs (for my new ride).
