Rising Sun Auto is introducing new oil filter from Hyundai Korea.
It ( black oil filter in pic ) fits all 4D56 engine ( L300 and Pajero2500cc ) and widely used in all 2.5 turbo diesel Hyundai Starex/Galloper/Porter/Libero in Korea now.
It is bigger than previous Hyundai oil filter we are using ( Some people are worried about filter size )

2. blue oil filter ; $15

We will have Sakura oil filter for 4D56 engine next month as well for your diverse choice.

Does it plug into the factory harness? What is that wire for, heater?

Our product is completely same as Mitsubishi OEM.
it consists of filter assy, body assy, sensor assy.
