i keep having to replace my fuse cause it keeps blowing it when i put on my lights on and then my horn does not work and when the lights are on there is a steady buzzing sound like a steady back up sound when you put the van in reverse

Is the fuse that is blowing, the correct amperage for the lights? Check a wiring diagram to be sure.
