Kicked off constantly

I keep getting kicked off and have to log back in every 5-10 mins or so. VERY frustrating. I have tried checking and un-checking the "Log me on automatically each visit" option and it doesn't seem to help.
Any input mods?
Damnit, it did it again just trying to post this. AAAARRRRRRGGGGGGG

Just to help me pinpoint possible causes/fixes -- has anybody else encountered anything similar (personally I haven't encountered this, so I'm wondering if this is specific to a particular operating system or browser)?
If so, please let me know what OS and Browser you were running when the issue arose.

Does the same for me on osx/safari and windows 7/explorer. I have experienced it with a lot of forums on every computer I've owned.

It does it to me on osx / safari a fair amount, windows 7 / google chrome occasionally and occasionally on my iphone.

No problems running window7 64 bit and windows XPpro using Firefox

I'm using OSX and Firefox. Never had an issue like this. Firefox has quit altogether and logged me out in the process but not just a log out.

I get kicked off too. Running XP pro, Firefox, and have told cookies and firefox and Internet Explorer and antivirus programmes that delica.ca is trusted. I wonder if it is related to NOT actively moving from topic to topic, as I notice drop occurs if I take too long to read a detailed topic or too long to write a detailed reply (so I am actively typing a reply thus it is not a screensaver or sleep issue at my end).
Always have had a problem with connection drop near midnight, this has occurred for the past 4 years, on various pcs and OS.

Funny I have never been kicked off, well not funny just strange that for some it is common and others it never happens to.

In response to some of the reported cookie-related troubles, I have now applied a couple of minor tweeks to the server/cookie configurations.
Hopefully this will help.
Cookie-related issues can also be at the client-computer end, and if noticable issues persist, please try working through the checklist at

Just happened again as I was trying to post. I haven't changed any of my cookie settings and seem to have picked up this problem over the last few weeks.

Mine seems ok now apart from the fact that it cut out while I was reading your post about having changed the settings
