direct injection vs indirect injection for veggie oil?

I am looking at a 2.8L 1995 400L Delica automatic van to do a veggie oil conversion. I'm not sure if it's direct or indirect injection. I'm going to call the local Delica guru mechanics tomorrow to see if i can figure it out, but i was wondering if it's possible/a good idea to do veggie with direct injection?
Do you not want to even bother converting if there's direct injection? Is there a different method you have to use?
I haven't bought a delica yet, so if it's not a great idea to convert from the L400 series please let me know.

Both the 2.5(4D56) and 2.8 (4M4O) mitsubishi diesels are
indirect injection.

ill bet there are proportionally more WVO Delicas than any other vehicle in BC aside from Mercedes

Judging from your other threads, a good idea would be for you to physically go and look at some L300 and L400's in person at one of the local dealerships.
Another good idea would be to take an hour or so of your time and search to your heart's content and browse through the areas you are interested in on this site.
There is a vast amount of information and every thread you have created with a question has already been answered many times over.
Many vehicles both indirect and direct injection have been running WVO for years.
As said above, the 4M40 2.8 diesel engine in the L400's are indirect injection. If you do the conversion right, it will love WVO.
