Just wondering who has removed the slider window frame.
Any tips or walk-through s?
I need to take mine out preferably without damaging the
rubber seals to get rid of some silly rust in them, seal them
and then put them back in.

The appear to be attached just like the regular windows. Peel back the trim on the interior and that should reveal the screws you need to undo. When I stripped my interior it looked pretty self explanatory.

Screws? Mitsubishi don't need no damn screws!
The window frame is held in place by the flexible plastic trim piece (hell, what would you call it? It's U-shaped in cross sectino and pushes over the flange).
**make sure you have someone outside ready to catch the window!**
From inside simply pull this trim strip from around the window.
Underneath the trim strip there will be about 6 small steel clips- they usually come off with the trim strip, but one or two might have been left holding the window frame in. A small screwdriver will pry these off. The window frame is "sealed" to the car body with thin foam tape- it's probably turned to dust by now, so your window should just fall out. Otherwise get creative with a craft knife.
Once the frame is out, to remove the glass: flip the frame over, unscrew the single screw in teh middle of the frame, remove the plastic stopper from inside the channel. Slide the front piece of glass halfway along the frame, and then stretch the frame apart until the glass falls out. Repeat for the rear piece of glass.
