Hi everyone,

Prospective Deli owner here (and first time poster in the forums). First off, what a great community; these forums are awesome & everyone on here seems very knowledgeble, helpful & respectful - looking forward to bieng part of the club. I've been seriously mulling around a Deli purchase for about the last year now, & finally think I'm getting ready to squeeze the trigger.

If it's not too much to ask, would a friendly Calgary L300 guy or gal be willing to have a coffee and show me thier van? It would really help tie a few things together for me to get my hands on one and meet some of the local Deli owners.

I'm certain I have my heart set on a 300, but if there's any local Spacegear owners who wanna show off, I would be open to that as well!

I'm sure this request has come up more often than not, so apologies & many thanks in advance for any who are willing.

Cheers everyone - hope to see you all out and about for the summer.

- C

Hey Curter!

Welcome to the world of Delicas!

I don't have my L300 any more - had it for 3 years - but can talk L300's all day long. I now have a Spacegear and have no problem showing you around it if you are interested. I would advise you to compare anyway just to fully inform yourself of the differences between the two. I am quite sure there will be someone who is willing to show off their L300 for you.

Perhaps it's time for a Deli-meet at Peters or some place similar. Will post something in the Alberta events section if nobody has already done so. Meets are a great way to see a variety of Delicas and how their owners set them up.

Cheers!
Ian

I'm up for a Peter's run for sure.

In the meantime, I have no problem showing my L300 off if you want to do coffee sometime. The rest of this week through the long weekend is shot but I should be able to find some time over the next couple weeks.

Ciao,

John

Curtis,

Did you ever get your peak? If not, we could meet for coffee. I have an L300 and love it.

Hey amigo,

I did! The 400 boys were kind enough to let me snoop around thier vans.

In fact, it must have worked, becuase I have a low roof 300 bieng loaded on the ship from Japan on the 14th! Should hopefuelly be rolling around Calgary sometime mid-September!

Hope to see you out and about! (and I'm sure I'll have lots of questions to bug you about too)

Cheers for responding,

- Curtis

You have made a most excellent choice. The P25W is a very versatile wagon... smiles.
