Where are the VIN #'s

Good Day,
ICBC is Insisting they need to see Two VIN #'s on my Friends L400 Before they will register.Unfortunately We can only find 1 under the hood on the fire wall...But can not Locate the second, Any help would be greatly Appreciated.

The first is on the lip under the bonnet of the windscreen wiper sill/bonnet area in 1/2 high stamped lettering in front of the driver. well RHD driver

We Found it!!Thanks so much it was exactly where you described it!! We removed seats,carpet,spare tire,Trim...Everywhere looking for it!

Maybe a yen hunt was undertaken often found in cars as the Japanese use a lot of coins..
