Wanted used lawn mower and small kitchen table (Vancouver)

We are in the process of adopting and moved to a house (wow, growing up).
Anyhow, We need a few things:
1. Lawn Mower -small gas one preferred (willing to repair) under $40.00 if possible
2. Used small square kitchen table with a two chairs -price Free would be preferred.
