I checked the model numbers on those shocks and they are indeed 313520 and 319520. Call North Shore Off-Road and they will send them to you free shipping.

Also, the swaybar bushings are Energy Suspension shock bushings. Get them at any parts store, the just look like little donuts about 1.5" wide with a .5" hole in them. Get urethane.
