Yesterday we said farewell to some good friends.

Went up in alpine elevation with gorgeous fauna (snowpack just melted recently) and amazing sweeping views of backcountry BC wilderness.

I can't help but wonder what Jay is doing with David in that one picture - "No, seriously dude, even after all those beers, you're still about this tall!"

Seriously though, it looks like you had a good time saying good-bye, and Monty would have rounded out the vehicle shots nicely - dagnabbit having to work night shifts! I like the mirror-image ARB awning with screens on your Safaris - was that a coordinated mounting or just the way it turned out?

Felix - "Gute Reise und eine sichere Ruckkehr!" I know you don't know how long you're going to be gone, but don't make it too long. It's a beautiful continent, South America, especially up in the Andes. I love the Rockies, and all the other mountain ranges in BC, but there is something about the Andes that is compelling as well - could be the height. Enjoy it.

Please tell me Toni and Felix liked sleeping inside the delica or it is going to be a long year
