Considering you posted this question in the "L300 Technical" sub-forum, I'm assuming you're driving a L300 - it should be in the wall panel underneath all the controls. I never took this apart, but others have (and removed it altogether). Look for an old Mystery Machine post about removing the rear A/C unit - he did that in one of his vans. So did fexlboi in the DinoEVO.
The fan is in there somewhere.

pull off the wall panel (body plugs) and use a phillips to remove the fan shroud cover. behind there is the electrical connection. Check to see is the wires smell like acid. I fixed one years ago where the positive lead was aging and rubbed against the sharp metal cutout in the side body panel, frayed and took out the fuse.

I have this same issue and havent had a chance to troubleshoot it yet. Sorry, where is the "wall panel" that you guys are referring to?

it turned out to be a bad contact at the plug from the motor. the motor is located just forward of the back right wheel if you look under the van there is 3 bolts that hold it on. I was wondering if anyone knows what the coil is connected to the wires from the fan. It is just forward of the fan with 2 screws holding it into the shroud it looks like 2 springs soldered together.
